After 7 days and up to 30 days:
✔ A small pickup & replacement handling fee applies (amount based on your region/courier).

We will arrange a pickup from your address

Once the product is inspected and approved, a replacement will be shipped within 7–14 working days

Cozemaar prioritizes product hygiene, safety, and quality. Therefore, refunds are generally not offered, except in exceptional cases approved by our support team.
If a refund is approved:
